Making a Difference.
At Eydent, we pride ourselves in giving back to the communities where our associates live and work. Eydent employees give back to their community through volunteerism throughout the year. Between food drives, financial donations, and volunteerism, we value the people in our community and do our best to help those in need.
Eydent has a history of holding annual Christmas Outreach events where we have provided local families with toiletries, home goods, clothing, food care packages, and gifts for the children. Our employees contributed countless hours in organizing the purchasing and procurement of these families’ needs.
More recently, Mt. Pleasant employees volunteered their time work the Mobile Food Pantry truck at the local Community Days event put on bi-annually by a network of Mt. Pleasant churches. Other Mt. Pleasant associates bagged lunches at a local elementary school. These lunches are provided to some children for weekend nourishment. These events were held in coordination with our parent company’s (IMA Financial Group) national day of service: I MAke A Difference Day. More than 400 IMA associates, friends and family came together across the country to make a difference in the communities they serve. Other coordinated volunteer events involved: improving our world-class zoos, helping find forever homes for four-legged family members, and beautifying the parks we play in.
